Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

PielSuave provides members with access to adult-themed written content and a private online community for readers and writers. By subscribing or purchasing access on PielSuave, you agree to the terms below regarding billing, cancellations, and refunds.

2. Billing

All membership payments are securely processed by Segpay, our authorized payment processor.
Charges will appear on your billing statement as “SEG*PielSuave” or a similar descriptor.

Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled in accordance with the policy below.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your membership at any time by:

  • Logging into your PielSuave account and following the cancellation instructions, or
  • Visiting the Segpay Customer Support Center at https://cs.segpay.com. (Example)

When you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be billed again after cancellation.

4. Refunds

Because all PielSuave content is digital and accessible immediately upon payment, all sales are final.
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions
  • Verified technical issues preventing access to paid content

To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of the original charge at:
