1. Rights & Content Concerns
Do I keep the rights to my work?
Yes. You retain full ownership and copyright of your writing. By submitting, you grant PielSuave a non-exclusive license to display your work so other members can read and comment. You may remove your work at any time.
Can I post erotic or adult material?
Yes. PielSuave is primarily an adult-oriented writing community dedicated to erotic and mature storytelling. All works on the site are considered 18+ by default.
Can I post regular, non-erotic stories?
Yes. Non-erotic or general stories are allowed, but they must be posted in the “General” category or another designated non-adult section. The site’s main focus remains adult fiction, but we welcome creative diversity.
What about plagiarism?
Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. Only submit your own original writing and respect other members’ intellectual property.
Any suspected plagiarism or illegal content can be reported directly to site administrators or moderators for review and action.
Rules on illegal content
PielSuave strictly prohibits all forms of illegal content or activity. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material or any content involving minors
- Non-consensual sexual activity (unless portrayed responsibly as part of trauma recovery, without graphic sexual detail)
- Escort services, prostitution, or solicitation of sexual activity
- Promotion of violence, terrorism, or any criminal act
- Distribution of copyrighted or pirated works
Violations result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Users are encouraged to report suspected illegal or plagiarized material to moderators or admins.
2. Age and ID Verification
To ensure compliance and protect all members:
- To read stories: Visitors must confirm they are 18 years or older using the age confirmation banner before viewing any story.
- To submit stories: Members must complete ID verification to confirm they are 18+.
Accepted forms of ID:
- Government-issued ID card
- Passport
- Driver’s license
Privacy protection:
Uploaded ID images are used only for verification purposes and are never stored, shared, or reused. Once verification is complete, all ID data is securely deleted.
Suspected minors:
If a member is suspected to be under 18, their account will be suspended and permanently terminated after review.
3. Submitting & Feedback
How do I submit my writing?
Click the “Submit Work” button on your dashboard. Submissions require only valid ID verification confirming you are 18 or older. No points or credits are needed.
Are there word limits?
Yes:
- Minimum: 500 words
- Maximum: 4000 words per part
Longer works should be split into multiple parts for better readability.
How does moderation work?
All submissions are moderated before publication to ensure they meet site standards, legal guidelines, and quality expectations.
How does feedback work?
Members can leave public comments and reactions such as “encouraging,” “constructive,” or “insightful.” These help authors understand how their writing connects with readers.
4. Community & Interaction
Can I block a member?
Yes. You can block any member if you feel uncomfortable or prefer not to interact. Blocking hides your profile and comments from each other.
We ask members to use this feature responsibly and respectfully. A reasonable reason should be given when submitting a block request, such as harassment, discomfort, or unwanted interaction.
If moderators detect patterns of misuse or mass blocking without cause, they may review the situation to ensure fairness and community safety.
Can I send private messages?
No. PielSuave does not support private messaging between members. All communication occurs through public comments for transparency and safety.
5. Account & Membership
What happens if I cancel my membership?
When your paid plan ends, your account automatically reverts to a basic (free) status. Your works remain available unless you choose to delete them.
Can I post anonymously or under a pen name?
Yes. You may post under pen names to protect your real identity and maintain privacy.
Can I change my pen name?
Yes, but changes are reviewed by administrators to ensure appropriateness and prevent impersonation.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset your password. If you’ve lost access to your email, contact support for assistance.
5. Cancellation and Refund policy
PielSuave provides members with access to adult-themed written content and a private online community for readers and writers. By subscribing or purchasing access on PielSuave, you agree to the terms on our Cancellation and Refund Policy page regarding billing, cancellations, and refunds.
